Three boxing methods: 1. Fully automatic boxing method. The fully automatic boxing method involves placing the box blank into the storage rack of the machine, and all other processes are completed by the machine, which is called fully automatic boxing. The production speed of the fully automatic box packing machine is very high, usually 500-600 boxes/min, and the ultra high speed can reach 1000 boxes/min. However, due to high equipment investment, complex machine structure, high requirements for operation and maintenance techniques, and limitations in changing product types and size ranges, semi-automatic packaging machines are not as flexible in this regard and are generally suitable for large-scale packaging of a single variety.
Method 2: Manual Boxing Method: Manual boxing is the simplest method of packaging, which does not require equipment investment and maintenance costs. However, it is slow, has low labor productivity, and packaging products that require high food hygiene conditions are prone to microbial contamination. Therefore, it is generally not used under modern large-scale production conditions.
Method 3: Semi automatic box packing method: The semi-automatic box packing method is generally completed by the operator in conjunction with the box packing machine to complete the box packing. The box picking, printing, spreading, bottom sealing, and lid sealing are completed by the machine, and the product is usually boxed manually.
The semi-automatic cartoning machine has a simple structure, but the types and sizes of cartoning can be varied. It is easy to adjust the machine after changing the variety, and it is very suitable for the cartoning of many varieties and small batch products. The production capacity is generally 30~50 boxes/min, which varies with products. Some semi-automatic packaging machines are used to package a group of products, such as small bags of tea, coffee, soups, and condiments. Each box can hold 10-20 packages, and the packaging speed is matched with the bag filling machine. Relatively, the time required to pack each box is relatively long, so the machine operates intermittently. It automatically puts small bag products into the box and counts them. After filling the box, it automatically rotates, rotates the empty box, takes off the full box, and seals it manually. The general production speed is 50-70 small bags/min (1 small bag per time), or 100-140 small bags/min (2 small bags per time), which is configured with the small bag filling bag filling machine.
