How to use the intelligent packaging machine correctly:
1. Connect the power cord, turn on the power switch on the control panel, and press the emergency stop switch.
2. Turn on the main power of the hot melt adhesive machine and set the temperature to around 150-180 ℃. (This step is for hot melt packaging boxes, and can be omitted if it is not spray sealed.)
3. Turn on the air source: Adjust the air pressure to 0.6-0.8 megapascals.
4. Placing cardboard boxes: Organize the cardboard boxes, check for any adhesions, stack them neatly in the cardboard box compartment, and ensure that the boxes are stacked in the same direction, facing upwards.
5. Check the important components such as unboxing, feeding, folding, and gluing by using auxiliary button switches such as jog control, to ensure that they are free of debris and operate normally. If any problems are found, please notify the relevant technical personnel to solve them in a timely manner before continuing with the operation.
When the temperature of the hot melt adhesive machine reaches the set temperature, open the "Start" button on the hot melt adhesive machine, and then click the "Start" button on the control panel to start the machine.
7. After the machine is running. Normal packaging production can be carried out by placing materials on conveyor belts.
It is recommended to add lubricating oil to the motor part of the intelligent packaging machine for one month to extend its service life.
