3) According to the equipment lubrication table, lubricate the equipment and keep records.
Startup operation of the packaging machine:
1) After confirming that the equipment is functioning properly, turn on the power supply of the packaging machine in the distribution box, turn the power knob of the packaging machine control cabinet to the "on" position, turn on the equipment power, and the alarm light of the equipment control cabinet will start flashing.
2) Turn on the air intake switch of the device..
3) Press the reset button; If there is any abnormality, the display screen will display "alarm information" and handle it according to the information prompts; If there are no abnormalities, the device can be started.
4) According to the product characteristics, set parameters such as packaging speed, feeding angle, and photoelectric detection angle on the touch screen.
5) According to production requirements, place the instruction manual and small box neatly.
6) Press the "Vacuum Pump" button on the touch screen to start the device's vacuum pump. Press the "Lower Paper Open" button on the touch screen to activate the compressed air at the folding machine.
7) Press the green "Run" button on the control panel, the equipment will automatically run, and the packaging box will be placed on the conveyor belt to achieve automatic packaging.
8) During the adjustment process, when manually turning the car, first turn off the power of the entire machine, and then manually turn the car with the handwheel. If jogging is required, press the "Manual Operation" - "Jogging" button after power transmission, and the machine can perform jogging operation. If the "single cycle" button is pressed, the machine will go through a complete packaging process. If the packaging switch is touched, the machine will also perform the complete packaging operation. If film delivery is not required, the film delivery switch can be turned off and the equipment will not operate without film delivery.
9) If the equipment malfunctions during operation and requires maintenance, tools must be counted and the equipment must be manually rotated before startup to ensure that there are no obstacles during normal operation. Manual rotation: Turn the manual rotation handle to the left and rotate the handwheel in the direction of the arrow.
10) The packaging machine manually places products into the silo. After the equipment starts running, the discharge personnel put the materials into the silo, which can achieve automatic packaging. During the unloading process, it is prohibited to reach ships behind the yellow or red and white warning lines.
11) After production is completed, press the "Stop" button on the equipment control panel to stop the equipment from running.
Automatic boxing machine
Stop the operation of the automatic packaging machine.
1) After the packaging machine stops running, turn off the "Paper Unloading On" and "Vacuum Pump" buttons on the touch screen in sequence.
2) Turn off the power switch on the side of the equipment distribution box.
3) Turn off the power switch inside the wall distribution box and control the transparent film packaging machine.
Maintenance of automatic packaging machines.
1) When repairing the packaging machine, the power must be cut off, the compressed air must be turned off, and the maintenance can only be carried out after confirming that there are no errors.
2) Check all transmission components every week to ensure that they are not loose or abnormal.
3) Add lubricating oil to all transmission components inside the chassis every week to ensure flexible and normal transmission of each component. Add lubricating grease to the main shaft and cam transmission components.
4) Every month, use compressed air to dust the electrical control box, tighten all terminals, wipe the surface of equipment and appliances with a dry towel, and wipe the interior of the equipment chassis with cotton thread to ensure that the surface of the equipment is free of visible dust and dirt, and the equipment presents its natural color.
5) Check the switch button and emergency stop button every month to ensure they are working properly and effectively.
6) Change the lubricating oil of the gearbox every 5000 hours of operation. Specification: Hyperbolic gear oil.
