Single chamber cleaning machine, the cleaning chamber is made into a cylindrical cylinder with a rotating frame inside, and the cleaned parts are placed on the rotating frame; The heated alkaline solution is sprayed through the nozzle at a pressure of 27 meters of water column towards the rotating part. A three chamber cleaning machine consists of three cleaning rooms. The cleaned parts are placed on the conveyor belt and pass through the three cleaning rooms in sequence. The first two cleaning rooms are rinsed with alkaline water, while the third room is rinsed with hot water.

The bonding strength between oil droplets and metal surfaces is greatly reduced, making it easy to separate from the parts. Commonly used include soap, synthetic detergents, sodium silicate, oleic acid, triethanolamine, alcohols, etc. Non ferrous metals that are prone to corrosion, such as tin, lead, aluminum, zinc, and their alloys, should not have a high alkalinity when cleaning with surface solution to avoid corrosion of the metal.
