The packaging process of an automatic packaging machine can be divided into five steps: cutting, packaging, opening, filling, and sealing.
1. Blanking: First, the material is fed into the conveyor belt from the feeding device, and the microcomputer transmits the commands to the folding machine and suction box device.
2. Lower box: The suction device takes out the boxes from the box library and places them on the transfer rail.
3. Opening the box: The guide rail clamp fixes the cardboard box, and the push plate pushes the cardboard box open. Two clamp plates that move with the cardboard box rise from both sides of the guide rail, clamping the sides of the cardboard box from the front and rear directions, so that the cardboard box opens at a right angle and moves forward to the filling area.
4. Box loading: The conveyor belt of an automatic box loading machine transports materials, and the push rod pushes the materials into the empty boxes in the loading area.
5. Closing: After the material is pushed into the box by the push rod, the paper box will enter the closing station driven by the guide rail. Before closing the box cover, the mechanism will first bend the tongue of the paper box, and the push plate will push the box cover to bend, allowing the tongue to insert into the box.
