Packaging equipment is mainly used for packaging various pharmaceutical products. Carton packaging is beneficial for the storage, transportation, and turnover of goods, and has the functions of dustproof, moisture-proof, and cleaning. The high-speed packing machine has basically achieved intelligent and user-friendly design.
There are three main methods for packaging machines:
1. Automatic packaging method.
Except for placing the box blank into the box blank storage rack of the machine, all other processes are completed by the machine, that is, fully automatic box loading. The production speed of the fully automatic packaging machine is extremely high, usually ranging from 500 to 600 boxes/min, and the ultra high speed can reach 1000 boxes/min. However, due to the high investment in equipment, complex mechanical structure, high technical requirements for operation and maintenance, and limited product types and size ranges, it is not as flexible as semi-automatic packaging machines in this regard and is generally suitable for large-scale packaging of single varieties.
2. Manual boxing method.
Manual packaging is a simple packaging method that does not require equipment investment and maintenance costs. However, it is slow, has low labor productivity, and has high requirements for food hygiene conditions. Product packaging is prone to microbial contamination, and is generally not used under modern large-scale production conditions.
3. Semi automatic packaging method.
The semi-automatic packaging method is generally completed by the operator in cooperation with the packaging machine to complete the packaging. The machine completes the box picking, printing, opening, back sealing, and cover sealing, and is commonly used to manually complete product packaging. The semi-automatic cartoning machine is simple in structure, but the type and size of cartoning can be varied. It is simple to adjust the machine after changing the variety, which is very suitable for the cartoning of various small batch products.
