Working principle:
The feeding of the medicine box filling machine is generally divided into three entrances: the instruction manual entrance, the medicine bottle entrance, and the machine box entrance. The entire process of packaging and molding from the chassis feeding to Z can be roughly divided into four stages: a guide rail clamp is used to fix the paper box, a push plate is used to open the paper box, and two forward movable clamps are raised from below to clamp the side of the paper box from front to back, making the paper box open at a right angle and move forward to the filling area. After filling the area, the mechanism of the machine will fold the ears into the left and right guide rails, and then perform the lid closing operation. Before closing the lid, the mechanism will first bend the tongue of the cardboard box, and then a push plate will bend the lid to insert the tongue into the box and lock it tightly. The closing action is a key action, and its completion is closely related to the accuracy of the carton structure and machine adjustment.
Drug packaging machines can be divided into two categories:
1. Horizontal: One can be taken out of a stacked (unopened) packaging box, opened and formed, and the finished product, bagged goods, or multiple finished products can be placed on both sides of the packaging box at a horizontal angle. Then, the box ears/corners can be folded, inserted into the box ears, or the packaging box can be completely closed with adhesive. The finished product will be pushed into the packaging box through mechanical equipment mechanisms or air compression. In some cases, the finished product is manually packed into the packaging box. This horizontal packing machine is widely used for packaging food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and various other finished products.
2. Standing: You can take one out of a stacked (unopened) packaging box, open it to shape, vertically place the finished product, bag or multiple finished products into the packaging box, and then fold the box ears/corners into the box ears, or completely seal the packaging box with adhesive. The standing packaging machine is widely used for finished products such as outer packaging bottles, beverages, pharmaceutical packaging, cosmetics, etc. Design methods can change with the size of the enterprise.
