Regularly maintain the packaging machine equipment.
The purpose of preventive maintenance of equipment is to conduct systematic inspection and maintenance to ensure its normal operation. Preventive maintenance can detect small faults on the equipment as early as possible and handle them in a timely manner, avoiding these small faults from leading to major accidents, resulting in the need for major repairs or replacement of major components. Equipment maintenance personnel are responsible for preventive maintenance.
In order to keep the equipment in normal working condition, the "Equipment Maintenance Record" should be carefully filled out (see Table 1). If you can fill out this form carefully, timely, and correctly, you can obtain a valuable equipment operation, maintenance, and repair record, continuously accumulate experience, ensure that all components are in good working condition, reduce repair time and costs, and ensure the normal operation of the entire system.
Routine box loading machine maintenance procedures:
Equipment manufacturing frequency: 3 shifts 24 hours a day, 245 days a year.
After a few hours of initial startup, check if all screws are loose and fully tightened.
Weekly maintenance:
Inspect the mechanical safety system.
Cleaning machinery: First cut off the power, then remove the box and instructions, and use a brush to clean the machine. Open (remove) the protective panel and clean the internal components of the machine using the same method. Close (load) the panel, reinstall the box and operation manual, turn on the power, and restart the machine.
Monthly maintenance:
Suction cup: Check the wear of the suction cup of the packaging machine every 200-300 working hours. If necessary, remove suction cup 1 and replace it with a new one; Remove suction cup 2 from the suction cup holder and replace it with a new one. Be careful when replacing to avoid scratching the new suction cup.
Air filter: Remove air filter 3 and clean the filter. This filter is recommended to be replaced annually.
Check the tension of the synchronous belt and chain of the equipment.
Quarterly maintenance:
Synchronous belt and chain belt tension adjustment: The position is maintained monthly.
Vacuum pump: The use and maintenance of vacuum pumps are described in the manufacturer's manual, as attached.
Filtering: Open the air filter and clean it. Detect the aging of the trachea.
Annual maintenance:
Motor synchronous belt: Check the wear of the synchronous belt, and if the wear is severe, replace synchronous belt 4.
Main filter: Replace the filter if necessary.
