Working principle:
The feeding of an automatic box filling machine is generally divided into three entrances: the instruction manual entrance, the medicine bottle entrance, and the chassis entrance. The entire process from chassis feeding to packaging molding can be roughly divided into four stages: unloading, opening, filling, and closing. The action of lowering the box usually involves sucking a paper box from the feeding port of the paper box with a suction cup and descending to the main line of the box. The paper box is fixed by a guide rail clamp and opened with a push plate. At the same time, two forward-moving slots will rise from below, blocking the sides of the cardboard box from the front and rear directions, causing the box to open at a right angle and move forward to the filling area. After filling the filling area, the mechanism of the machine folds the ears onto the left and right guide rails and then closes them. Before closing, the mechanism will first bend the tongue of the cardboard box, and then use a push plate to push the box cover to bend, so that the tongue can be inserted into the box and locked tightly. The closing action is a key action, and the quality of completion is closely related to the structure of the cardboard box and the accuracy of machine adjustment.
