The mechanism before closing the lid is to first bend the tongue of the cardboard box, then a push plate pushes the box cover, pushes the tongue into the box, and then fastens the lock. The closing action is a key action, and its completion is closely related to the precision of the cardboard box structure and machine adjustment.

Various box shapes require different directions of movement for the closure, and the corresponding structure of the packaging machine is naturally different. The quality of the box structure is closely related to the production level of the die-cutting plate. The accuracy of the size of the die-cutting plate, the model of the cutting line, and the installation effect can all cause differences in the structure of the paper box, thereby affecting the effectiveness of the paper box on the machine. Therefore, choosing a suitable die-cutting supplier is crucial.
2. The cardboard box is straight.
The stiffness of the box mainly affects the box shape effect of the cardboard box when opened on the machine, such as whether the shape is square. Ambiguity will affect the progress of the paper box and the bagging process, causing the machine to jam.
The stiffness of the box mainly comes from the stiffness of the paper surface and the paper surface treatment process. Oiled products generally cause a decrease in the stiffness of the cardboard box, while products with film and full version UV have an increase in stiffness compared to the original; The stiffness of the product after oil polishing is also better, but the cardboard is more brittle and the fibers are easy to break.
In addition, moisture-proof protection of cardboard boxes is also very important. Paper easily absorbs moisture in natural air. The moisture content of paper is directly proportional to the humidity and exposure time of the air. Moisture is one of the important factors affecting the stiffness of the paper surface, therefore, the paper should have a moisture-proof protection effect.
3. Carton opening situation.
What is the opening performance of the cardboard box? That is, the difficulty of using relevant machinery to shape the paper box on an automatic box loading machine.
The actions of various box loading machines to open the box are different. Some devices are equipped with auxiliary box opening mechanisms, which can pre fold the paper boxes to reduce the mechanical force required for box opening and prevent deformation of the box due to excessive compression. If there are no such mechanical devices on the box body, pre folding treatment is required when producing cardboard boxes.
In addition, it is necessary to stick the box adhesive in an appropriate amount. If there is too little adhesive, it will cause false sticking of the paper box, while if there is too much adhesive, it will cause internal sticking.
4. Debugging of packaging machinery.
The operation of the packaging machine is generally completed by personnel from pharmaceutical factories, who have limited ability to adjust the movement based on the structure of the cardboard box. During the operation of the packaging machine, jamming problems often occur, ultimately due to the mismatch between the operation of the mechanism and the structure of the cardboard box.
