1、 Box loading machine maintenance:
(1) Every week, lubricate all transmission components inside the equipment and do not add too much oil to avoid contaminating the materials. Adjust the conveyor belt every week to ensure that it does not deviate.
(2) When operating equipment, remind each other to prevent personnel and equipment accidents caused by misoperation.
(3) When cleaning the equipment, it is strictly prohibited for water to enter the electrical parts to avoid electric shock accidents and equipment accidents.
(4) When operating the touch screen, care must be taken and it must be operated by hand. It is prohibited to use other objects instead of hands to avoid damage.
(5) Check weekly whether the screws and transmission components of each connecting component of the equipment are loose, and check whether the conveyor chain circlip of the silo is loose.
(6) During the operation of the machine, it is necessary to pay attention to whether there is any abnormal noise or odor, and quickly cut off the power and report for repair.
2、 Packing machine maintenance:
(1) When repairing the packing machine equipment, the power must be cut off, the compressed air must be turned off, and maintenance can only be carried out after confirming that there are no errors.
(2) Check all transmission components weekly to ensure that they are not loose or abnormal.
(3) Add lubricating oil to all transmission components in the chassis every week to ensure transmission flexibility of each component, and add lubricating grease to the spindle and cam transmission components.
(4) Every month, use compressed air to dust the electrical control box, tighten all wiring terminals, wipe the equipment and electrical surfaces with a dry towel, and wipe the interior of the equipment chassis with cotton thread to ensure that there is no visible dust or dirt on the equipment surface, and the equipment presents its true color.
(5) Check the switch button and emergency stop button every month to ensure their normal and effective operation.
(6) Replace the lubricating oil of the reducer every 5000 hours, with the specification of hyperbolic gear oil.
