Working principle:
The feeding of automatic box filling machines is generally divided into three entrances: manual entrance, medicine bottle entrance, and machine packaging box entrance. The entire process from the feeding of machine packaging boxes to the final packaging formation can be roughly divided into four stages: unloading, opening, filling, and closing. The unloading action usually involves drawing a cardboard box from the suction cup at the feeding port of the cardboard box, and then moving it downwards onto the main line of the packaging box. The cardboard box is fixed in the clamping position through the guide rail, and the cardboard box is opened with a push plate. At the same time, the two forward moving clamping positions will rise from below, and the sides of the cardboard box will jam from the front and rear directions, opening the cardboard box at a right angle and moving forward to the filling area.
After filling the area, the mechanism of the machine folds the ears into the left and right guide rails, and then closes the lid. Before closing the lid, the mechanism will first bend the insertion tongue of the cardboard box, then push the cardboard to bend the lid, insert the tongue into the box, and tighten the lock. The closing action is a critical action. The quality of completion is closely related to the accuracy of the cardboard box structure and machine adjustment.
The glue on the packaging machine is completed through the hot melt glue machine equipment, which liquefies the colloid into glue through an electric heating device. Liquefied adhesive is transported to the gun head through a heating tube, and is controlled by PLC to spray adhesive on the sealing part of the cardboard box at the gun head connected to the gas source (similar to the principle of painting) to complete the gluing function of the cardboard box of the packaging machine.
On the hot melt adhesive machine, there is a point button switch (press the button switch to spray adhesive on the gun head, release it to stop, usually used to test whether the hot melt adhesive machine is normal) and an electronic switch. The packaging machine PLC control system connects the electronic switch of the hot melt adhesive machine gun head to the electronic switch to control the packaging program of the packaging machine, that is, when to start spraying adhesive and when to end spraying adhesive.
