The emergence of automatic packaging machines not only improves packaging efficiency, but also avoids defects caused by manual operation, ensuring food quality.
The automatic box loading machine mainly adopts a series of complex transmissions, imitating human actions, automatically loading food, drugs, health products, instructions, etc. into corresponding boxes, automatically completing the next box, opening the box, filling and closing the box. Some fully functional automatic cartoning machines also have additional functions, such as sealing labels or heat shrink packaging. Compared to manual packaging, automatic cartoning machines can simplify these complex processes. Automatic cartoning machines are now widely used, greatly improving work efficiency and saving labor costs.
However, although the automatic box loading machine saves time and effort, and has high efficiency, there may be some problems with improper or incorrect operation. For example, sometimes due to the size of the cardboard box, it is not easy to open or get stuck; The stability of the machine is poor after long-term high-speed operation, requiring more servo systems; Long term operation accuracy cannot meet the requirements, synchronization is poor, and reliability needs to be improved; The reliability of machine operation is not high, and timely maintenance should be carried out to avoid affecting production progress.
Therefore, we should promptly address the existing problems and familiarize ourselves with the workflow of the automatic box loading machine. According to professionals, the work of an automatic box loading machine is usually divided into four stages, namely the next box, opening the box, filling the box, covering the box, and completing the entire process. Firstly, lower the material onto the conveyor belt, and then install a photoelectric switch on the conveyor belt to check if the product meets the requirements. If it does not meet the requirements, the instruction manual will not be used. If the requirements are met, the PLC will transmit the command to the suction box machine.
Secondly, generally speaking, the function of the next box is to draw a cardboard box from a suction cup at the feeding port of the cardboard box and transport it to the main production line of the packaging box. The cardboard box is fixed by a guide rail card and opened by a push plate. At the same time, the two forward moving slots will rise from below, and the sides of the cardboard box will jam from the front and rear directions, causing the box to open at a right angle and move forward to the filling area, waiting for the material to fill.
In addition, after filling the area with materials and other accessories, the relevant equipment pushes the box into the left and right guide rails, and then performs the cover operation. It is worth noting that before covering the box, the machine will first bend the tongue of the cardboard box, then push the lid of the cardboard box to bend, insert the tongue into the box, and lock it tightly. The action of the cover plate is a very critical action. The quality of completion is closely related to the structure of the cardboard box and the accuracy of machine adjustment. Otherwise, improper operation of the cover plate will directly affect the packaging effect.
When the food and instructions are accurately pushed into the box, the cardboard box will continue to move forward, driven by the walking box chain.
