1. Inspection before startup:
Check whether the surface of the cartoner is clean, whether the voltage of the cartoner is normal, whether the label is within the validity period, and whether the screws and other parts are loose. After checking without any errors, proceed to the next step.
2. Preparation of materials and boxes:
Stack the instructions (document vouchers) of the boxes and products neatly and place them on the correct material rack, ensuring that the materials are transported in the correct direction through the conveyor belt.
3. Switching on/off operation process of the packaging machine:
Press the switch button of the packaging machine and adjust it to the appropriate packaging speed. The packaging machine will systematically pour materials into the box and do a good job of closing and packaging.
When we need to stop the box loading machine, press the stop button of the box loading machine. After the machine is completely stopped, disconnect the power and clean the remaining boxes on the material rack and materials on the conveyor belt.
